Avril Lavigne won't have a new album for you until March 8th, 2011. But to hold you over in the meantime, you can download the album's first single, "What The Hell" for free. All you have to do is like her on Facebook. (I don't know why writing that made me think of those middle school notes, "Do you like me? Check yes or no.")

Anyway, if you're a fan of "Sk8r Boi" or "Girlfriend" like me (shut up!), I recommend you downloading this extremely catchy tune.

Update: Apparently, she was only offering this free mp3 for 48 hours. So all that happens now when you like her is you get to stream her song. And you HAVE to like her in order to stream the song. Boo, Avril!

Weezer is releasing a 35-track deluxe verison of Pinkerton on Tuesday. You would think that such a release would leave their vault empty.

You'd be mistaken.

Weezer is also releasing Death To False Metal on November 2nd. Death To False Metal consists of ten songs that Weezer have recorded from the early '90s to the present day that never showed up on any of their studio releases.

One of the ten tracks is a cover of Toni Braxton's "Un-Break My Heart," which the band is letting you download for free.
