Seven Questions In Heaven With Forget Me In Vegas

Today we're spending Seven Questions In Heaven with Forget Me In Vegas, who just made their latest EP, Coulda Shoulda, available for free over at Bandcamp.

Describe your music for our readers who may not be familiar with you.
Our music is generally the soundtrack of a wild Saturday night. We write our music about the craziest things that we go through and generally that happens when the party starts. We're young and pretty reckless at times and our music definitely captures that.

Who are your musical influences and idols?
As a group we look up to similar artists like Cash Cash, The Ready Set, Breathe Carolina and Forever the Sickest Kids but we all have our own individual musical heroes.

Chris Wurzburg: Jamie Okrzynski. That's all.

Jamie Okrzynski: Blink-182 is my biggest influence as a musician, I'm also a big fan of Elvis Costello and Sting and The Dangerous Summer.

Joe Raymond: I'd say bands like Panic! At the Disco, Cartel, and Say Anything are what inspires me in Forget Me In Vegas, but Anthony Green (Circa Survive) and The Dangerous Summer are what really lift my spirits lately.

Garrett Chamberlain: Fall Out Boy and Mayday Parade are both bands that have inspired my bass playing. Both bands have really strong bass players that go crazy on stage which is what I try to project with Forget Me In Vegas.

What was the first album, cassette, or CD you bought with your own money?
Chris: That Offspring album. You know what I'm talking about.

Jamie: The first album I ever bought with my own money was Cheshire Cat by Blink-182 because it had a cat on it and I was 6 or 7.

Joe: I bought a tape of Ma$e, Puff Daddy, and Notorious B.I.G from a record store in the mall when I was really little. I was a thuggin' little kid.

Garrett: Enema Of The State by Blink-182, I think. Either that or Three Days Grace.
