CD Review: Hank & Cupcakes, Naked

Hank & Cupcakes' long-awaited debut album, Naked, was released last week. It's thirty-four minutes of sweaty funk, something you want to put on at a party to get everyone up and shaking their asses. However, my favorite song on the track is "Tame The Fool," where they slow things down a bit.

Naked is a fun disc from start to finish. My only complaint is the version of "Ain't No Love" on the disc is not the one I've grown to love. In a perfect world, the band wouldn't have to sing about having a "Hit;" people would gobble up this album and the band would have plenty of hits.

Favorite tracks: "Tame The Fool," "Hit," "Ain't No Love"
