We've got something really awesome for you today: the premiere of the "Never Seen Runaway" music video from Jay Kill & The Hustle Standard. Here's a bit about it:
Jay Kill & The Hustle Standard premiere a brand new music video for the song "Never Seen Runaway" just before the release of their second EP, Stuck On The Sunrise (7/9/13). The "Never Seen Runaway" video is a visually captivating work by director Jon Dorn. Dorn, an accomplished cartoonist, illustrated the entire video by hand with a combination of pen & ink, charcoal, graphite, and conte. Dorn also used stop-‐motion animation to help give a feeling of fleeting moments and lost relationships.

Jay Kill & The Hustle Standard is comprised of Plymouth music legend Jake Hill (Jay Kill) and new school NYC producer Charley Hustle (The Hustle Standard). Both men provide lead vocals on "Never Seen Runaway," with Jay Kill's penetrating and grit-filled voice acting as total contrast to Hustle's clean and innocent delivery.

"Never Seen Runaway" is a rich, emotional song written by the duo and produced by Charley Hustle. The song starts with a solemn piano and Rhodes intro and builds to a climax of musicians and voices including drums, guitars, ukulele, piano, cello, bass, and percussion. Along the way, Hustle wrestles with past relationships gone wrong with lines like "Knot it up, keep it down, Lady / Before we have to do it all over again" and Jay Kill confesses in his bold lead up to the chorus, "Hey Mama, I'm gone. Can't catch a never seen runaway".

"Never Seen Runaway" and the full EP, Stuck On The Sunrise, will be available on iTunes, Amazon mp3, Spotify, and all other major digital stores worldwide on July 9th, 2013.
